Adding a New Employee

To add a new participant to your plan:

Click the "Add Employee" button above
Enter the employee's required information (Name, SSN, DOB, Hire Date)
Set their deferral election percentage (if known)
Submit the census update to PDC

New employees become eligible after meeting service requirements (typically 1 year or immediately for Safe Harbor plans).

Employee Change Request (Deferral, Name, etc.)

Common employee changes include:

Deferral Rate Change: Employee wants to increase/decrease contribution percentage
Name Change: Marriage, divorce, or legal name change
Address Update: Employee has moved
Beneficiary Update: Changes to designated beneficiaries

To make changes, select the employee above and click "Edit Employee".

Terminating an Employee

When an employee leaves your company:

Select the employee from the dropdown above
Click "Edit Employee"
Enter the Date of Termination
PDC will process distribution options based on vesting

Final deferrals must be remitted within 7 business days of the last paycheck. Contact PDC immediately upon termination.
